Good questions
After you send your bag on WhatsApp and we confirm your pieces, you pay by UPI or bank transfer. Cash on delivery may be possible for your pincode; just ask in the chat. We never ask for card numbers or OTPs.
We ship across India from Lucknow. Exact dispatch and delivery times are being finalised for launch; the current word is on our policies page, and we will always tell you honestly in the chat before you pay.
